This place used to be my “go to” for wraps and salads. Since Jill sold the business earlier this year it has gone downhill. First the friendliest staff is no longer there. Second and most important the service and the food has gone downhill big time.
My company is right next door so our team often gets lunch here. The wait time has more than doubled. I ordered a wrap with deli Turkey today and it tasted like old Turkey. I ate one half and tossed the other. Other people on my team at work feel the same way. We are looking for a new lunch place!!
I will never order from here again. I ordered a veggie cream cheese bagel with lettuce tomato and cucumber. Very simple order. Took over 20 min to be ready and then I had to ask about my order and they had given it to someone else. I finally get my order and open it and it was an absolute mess and inedible. I have included a picture below. It looks like it was literally thrown together, cream cheese was everywhere. The tomato was hard and green. This was the worst food I’ve had in a while
I was going here for years as my “go to” almost 5 days a week - it unfortunately went downhill so quickly. I guess it was sold/ is now under new management.
I started to go less as the service got worse. Any time I’ve gone these past few months, my order has been messed up or the bagels sometimes seem like they’re from the day before.
My last straw - and why I am writing this review - is because of how rude the staff is. I called and ordered yesterday and the guy had a horrible attitude and didn’t even say bye or thank you - just hung up the phone once I read my order (which is super simple - bagel toasted with cream cheese and a coffee)
I was hoping the customer service would be better when I went to pick it up, but nope, it was not.
Not quite how anyone wants to start their morning. Will never go back there.
Bagel tasted like it was a day old and was very chewy and rubber like… really not impressed. Im sorry but probably one of the worst bagels I’ve had in South Fla.
Had a great lunch here today. My patty melt was fresh, delicious, and well made. The fries were undersalted but easily fixed. The rainbow cookies were the best ones I've had in South Florida 😁
The restaurant was busy, but there's nice outdoor seating both in front and rear parking lots.
First time. Last time. I walked in and ordered an egg sandwich at the register. I paid my $7 and put a $1 in the tip jar. Cashier was friendly and efficient. I sat at an empty table (there were about 10 empty tables) to wait for my food. The waitress came to my table and complained that I moved the salt and pepper shakers and told me that the tables were not for to go orders. I didn't even know that my order was a to go order. I didn't say to go. Anyway she was rude. I won't be back. The cook was friendly enough and the sandwich was good.
We have been every weekend customers for over 12 years, we won't be going back again. The new staff is very rude and the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. It's sad to see what was one of our favorite places have such a downward spiral of keeping palm beach bagel what it was.
Typical American cafeteria, with varied dishes for breakfast. I'm Brazilian and I loved the place. Excellent service, everyone very friendly.
